## SKIP WALTER BUSINESS & R&D ADVISOR MANAGING DIRECTOR, FLIPPED STARTUP, LLC A software industry veteran, Skip Walter has more than 40 years of technology product development and executive management experience — across Fortune 1000 companies and start-up businesses. Skip was the Founding CEO and Chief Technology Officer of Attenex Corporation, which increases productivity by at least ten times in the legal electronic discovery process for litigation through visual analytics. Prior to Attenex, Skip was the Vice President of Engineering for Aldus (now Adobe) Corporation known for the PageMaker desktop publishing software. He was the father of Digital Equipment Corporation's ALL-IN-1, a $1 billion per year intergrated enterprise office automation and email system. Skip is an advisory council member of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model consortium and is on the Dean's Advisory Council of the School of Informatics at Indiana University. Skip is currently the Managing Director of Flipped Startup, LLC, providing strategic planning and product roadmap design for startup technology companies pursuing social networking and visual analytics as well as eDiscovery strategic planning for Global 1000 corporations.

    Dinesh Chheda is a Senior Vice President at Fidelity Center for Applied Technology, with responsibilities for technology research and platform innovation for enterprise and customer facing technologies in support of retail and institutional customers. Dinesh is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in IT strategy, technology innovation, product development, product management and marketing mostly in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Fidelity in 1995, he was the Vice President of Product Management at CSK/Micrognosis, a global trading systems technology vendor and the Vice President of Product Development and Marketing at Telekurs North America, a global market data and financial information services vendor. Dinesh holds an MBA from University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Indore, India.

## RICK RUNDELL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR SENIOR DIRECTOR, AUTODESK Rick Rundell is a Senior Director at Autodesk leading a product line targeting cloud-based and mobile services for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. He is active in acquiring companies, products, and technology supporting this mission, including four acquisitions in the last two years. Rick previously held senior roles in strategic technology, strategic marketing and product marketing at Autodesk. He joined Autodesk with the acquisition of Revit Technology Corporation, where he was director of product marketing.
